In celebration of Women's History Month, please join the Department of English Literature and Language, in collaboration with the Center for Mexican American Studies, as the Women Authors class, taught by Margaret Cantú-Sánchez, Ph.D., welcomes alumna Sonya Alemán, Ph.D. (B.A. ’95).

Alemán will share her story of student activism while at St. Mary's University and her recent research as she continues to sustain social justice and activism in academia and beyond.
