In recognition of Time to Talk Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and reducing the stigma surrounding seeking help, Wellness Programs and the Student Counseling Center are offering QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training. This session is open to faculty, staff and students.

Join us to learn how to recognize the warning signs of suicide and develop the skills to effectively question, persuade, and refer individuals who may be at risk.
