This workshop is designed for all who want to create, distribute and analyze surveys using the Qualtrics XM online tool. Choose from our 50+ survey templates, or start from scratch. Start creating online surveys and collecting feedback today. Qualtrics is available to faculty, staff and students.

Course Outline:
•    An overview of the Qualtrics user interface
•    Creating a survey with the most common types of questions (Multiple choice, essay, Likert scale, ranking)
•    Using blocks to create a consent form with multiple conditions.
•    Distributing a survey via email, link, and QR-code
•    Using the reports to see collected results
