This workshop introduces participants to Microsoft Forms, a tool within Office 365 for creating and managing online surveys, quizzes, and polls. Participants will learn how to design effective surveys, collect responses, analyze data, and share results using the features and integrations available in Microsoft Forms. 

Learning Objectives 

By the end of this workshop, participants will: 

• Learn how to create surveys, quizzes, and polls with various question types (e.g., multiple choice, text, rating) 

• Discover how to customize surveys with themes 

• Explore ways to distribute surveys via links, emails, or embedding in websites or Canvas 

• Learn how to view, analyze, and export survey data for reporting and decision-making
