 rastructure and safety to water systems and research quality. Hear how the
 ir academic foundations have shaped their careers and how they are driving
  impact in sustainability\, compliance and environmental stewardship.\n\n 
 \n\nSpeaker Bios\n\n \n\nGerardo Nino Pozos\, ASP\, OHST\, STSC\nSafety Ma
 nager\, William Charles Construction\nGerardo Nino Pozos is a St. Mary’s
  University graduate (B.S. Environmental Science\, 2021) with experience i
 n health and safety across industries including Amazon\, Faith Technologie
 s\, Blattner Energy and William Charles Construction. He currently serves 
 as a Safety Manager\, supporting infrastructure development projects acros
 s Arizona and Nevada\, including traffic signal systems\, underground util
 ities and roadway safety technologies. Gerardo plays a key role in promoti
 ng safety culture and implementing health and safety programs. He is also 
 pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Management at the
  University of Denver.\n\n \n\nClarissa M. Gray\, M.S.\nSenior Quality Sci
 entist\, Southwest Research Institute\nClarissa M. Gray is a Senior Qualit
 y Scientist specializing in quality systems\, compliance and audit readine
 ss in highly regulated research environments. She holds a Master of Scienc
 e in Engineering Systems Management (2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Envir
 onmental Science (2013) from St. Mary’s University. Clarissa is a Certif
 ied Lead Auditor for ISO 14001\, AS9100 and NQA-1\, with additional certif
 ications in ISO/IEC 17025\, ISO 13485 and CMMI v3.0. She brings a collabor
 ative\, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement and operation
 al excellence. Outside of work\, she enjoys cooking\, reading\, exploring 
 new restaurants and spending time with her family.\n\n \n\nDavid Arambula\
 nEnvironmental Protection Specialist III\, San Antonio Water System\nDavid
  Arambula is an Environmental Protection Specialist III at the San Antonio
  Water System\, where he focuses on regulatory water programs and complian
 ce. He has been with SAWS for over two years. David earned his Bachelor’
 s degree in Environmental Science from St. Mary’s University and a Maste
 r’s in Water Resources Science and Technology from Texas A&M–San Anton
 io. He also serves in the U.S. Navy Reserves.\n\n \n\nOpen to all majors\,
