This workshop is designed to introduce faculty, staff, and students to practical ways artificial intelligence can enhance Excel use in academic, professional, and personal tasks. Participants will explore how AI tools can support data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, generate formulas, and even assist in creating visuals. This session is ideal for anyone who wants to save time, increase accuracy, and discover innovative strategies for learning, teaching, and productivity with Excel.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to use AI to generate and explain Excel formulas for common tasks

  • Explore AI-driven data cleaning, organization, and analysis techniques

  • Practice creating charts, graphs, and summaries with AI assistance

  • Discover ways AI can support grading, budgeting, attendance tracking, and progress monitoring

  • Receive tips on integrating AI-powered Excel workflows into classwork, research, and administrative tasks
