25Live Training and Q&A Session
About this Event
One Camino Santa Maria, San Antonio, TX 78228, USA
This session is open to all St. Mary's faculty and staff.
This session is intended to help ensure the campus community has a shared understanding of how 25Live works, how it should be used and how it supports new policies and procedures developed to centralize and standardize event processes on campus.
The final summer session will be held in the University Center, Mengler Conference Room, on Tuesday, July 21, from 1 to 4 p.m.
This session includes training on navigating and using 25Live, a review of key dos and don’ts, and an overview of how the system works in conjunction with these new policies and procedures. Attendees will also have time for questions, discussion and community feedback.
Because portions of the session may include system navigation or examples within 25Live, attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or other device to follow along.
Employees who approve resources or tasks within 25Live are strongly encouraged to attend.
Members of the campus community will have an opportunity to speak with platform approvers from different areas to ask questions about processes, expectations or approvals. Attending this session is the best way to help ensure the campus community is aligned and operates from a shared understanding of the system, related policies and event processes.
Attendance is especially important for individuals or departments that frequently host conferences, camps or other complex events, as these often involve multiple requests, approvals and coordination across areas. Registration is not required to attend.
Whether you use 25Live regularly or only occasionally, we encourage your participation.
