This workshop helps participants dive further into Microsoft Teams, a central hub within Office 365 for collaboration and communication. Attendees will learn how to use Teams for chat, file sharing, meetings, and organizing projects to improve teamwork and productivity. 

Learning Objectives 

By the end of this workshop, participants will: 

• Learn how to create and manage Teams, channels, and organize content effectively 

• Discover how to use chat, video calls, and audio calls for communication and collaboration 

• Learn how to share and co-author documents in real-time 

• Explore how to schedule, join, and manage meetings within Teams 

• Gain insights into task management using the Planner integration
