This workshop introduces faculty to Faculty Succuss (formally Digital Measures) a software tool for tracking and managing professional achievements, activities, and reporting for annual reviews, promotion, and tenure. Participants will learn how to input, update, and manage their professional data effectively in Faculty Success to streamline reporting and improve documentation accuracy.

By the end of this workshop, faculty will: 

• Understand the purpose and benefits of using Faculty Success 

• Learn how to navigate the Faculty Success interface and manage their profile 

• Discover how to input and update academic achievements, publications, teaching activities, and service contributions 

• Learn how to generate and customize reports for annual reviews, promotion, and tenure applications 

• Explore how to track progress over time and align professional activities with institutional goals
